From initail quote through completion, everything was accurate. Matt came over to our house for a quote and a little extra work before we even started refinishing the floors. All questions were answered before that start of the job and phone calls were returned almost immediately. Matt was nothing but patient with us about the start date of the job and our stain color choice. Very personable and easy going, great guy to deal with and HE actually does the work. So nice to know who is going to be in your home for a few days doing a large project. We shopped around for over a year for someone we could trust to do this job and i'm glad we did!!!

Overall, T & M Flooring did a great job. Out of the five companies that responded to my inqury, T & M offered the best price and the best customer service. Matt was very helpful and accommodating with my requests. I was very satisfied with the work they did.

Matt delivered on all our requests, including a last minute change of stain color. The work was done on time and the quality is awesome. We are already talking about having other rooms in the house redone.

Matt came in as scheduled, gave us the BEST price quote for refinishing our floors, accomodated the wife's schedule and was able to get in a few days earlier even. Paul and Matt are awesome guys who definitely deserve the chance to repair any and all floor problems. Thanks again..........

Paul did a FABULOUS job installing the new floors and refinishing our existing floors. He takes great pride in his work and it shows! A+++++ Matt did a great job handling the scheduling and making sure that the job completed on time. We could not be happier!
