Reason for 2.5 stars on customer service is the communication was poor. When the technician came out to inspect my old furnace and made the appointment for the install of the new unit he said it would be the fallowing Tuesday and they would call me to let me know exactly what time they would be there. No phone call ever came so I called them on the fallowing Monday at precisely 4:30 PM and the person answering the phone said everybody had gone home for the day and she couldn't help me. Maybe they don't have an appointment book she could look at?They did show up the next morning and everything went smoothly from that point.

The technician took a phone call before starting the service and spent almost half the time he was here on the phone. I never saw him take his tools into the attic. The multimeter never left the toolbox and yet he had voltage and amperage readings.

Our technician completed a tune up on your gas furnace which requires minimal tools included a multimeter that fits in his cargo pockets. We will definitely talk with our technician regarding the phone call situation while on your job, but I can assure you there were no extra labor charges as our tune up special is a flat rate service.

First they were way over priced after telling me what a deal I was getting. More into selling new over repair which in my case was fine since my system was very old. I went with them for a Saturday install and after they beat competition in price. Two hours late with no call. Did install in six hours and Said a part malfunctioned and left me until Monday with no heat. This was fine since it was not their fault. Monday's 1:00 appt ended up being 4:30. Again no call. Guy was there 3 or 4 hours. Part causing problem was not true. I was told original installer crossed wires but then it still wasn't working. Then I was told it was old wires in my wall needed replacing. I was left with emergency heat. Owner himself came out Tuesday and fixed wires in furnace and system has worked great since. I would say if you can get a decent price and have owner install you are good to go. Being left with no heat in January and it being due to installer error kind of bites! Good luck.

I do want you to know that rodents chewed through your thermostat wires causing your parts to fail initially. Once we installed the new equipment, the chewed up thermostat wiring was causing the new system to operate intermittently. This is a very difficult issue to diagnose, and that is why it took some time to complete. Once again, I apologize for the negative experience and I understand the frustration of being without heat in January.
