Chris Taylor did a great job explaining what he'd be doing, and costs and cleanup. Only surprise was when the person came out after and ground the stump, there was a large pile of mulched up grindings to deal with that I was not expecting. I had not talked to Chris about that beforehand and had not had a stump ground before, so didn't know what to expect. Not a big deal, just a couple of hours of shovelling and wheelbarrowing; just not certain if that is typical. Everything else was great and went as planned.

Chris and his team did an outstanding job. I had an ash tree between my house and my sisters that had a deep split in it and was in danger of falling during a high wind. Chris was out the next day to remove it and pointed out other ash trees that were infected and needed removal. I have seen work performed by other tree services and Chris outperformed them all. The cleanup could not have been better. Have already recommended Chris to my niece and others. Very knowledgeable about trees and their care.

The crew was great, they arrived on time, Chris did everything he said he would do. I had a tree & stump removed & they also cleaned the gutters & cleaned up after they were done. Very Professional. Would recommend to my neighbors.
