Project: Remove Unwanted Water
They were quick to come to my call. However, they took their time coming back to get their equipment and actually left a hose in my basement. The guys that came were nice and worked with my schedule (I work nights), but I felt the cost was a little high for the area they cleaned. If you need someone quick they will work with you, but if you have time to shop around you might want to consider doing so.

I was disappointed with the professionalism and service of this company. They said they would pick up the equipment on Friday and called later to say they'd come sometime on Saturday. When they did come on Saturday, they had one employee trying to lug the heavy machinery up our basement stairs. Unfortunately, it was too heavy for him and he ended up dragging it (which ripped up part of our carpet) and bumping it against our wall (which put a hole in our wall). They didn't even address these things until I pointed them out. We were grateful they at least gave us a huge discount for the mistakes.

CLEANING HEATING DUCTS AND CARPETS VERY GOOD !!!!! BUT THE SMOKE DAMAGE IN THE KITCHEN IS STILL THERE.

They arrived about 1.5 hours early for the service because they had us listed in the time slot prior to the one they gave me over the phone. They were friendly and went right to work however after they left we realzied the missed about 2-3 vents/returns so I need to call them back.
