He made wrong diagnosis saying my hard drive is bad need new One charged me $80 asking $240 to install new hard drive and reinstall Windows etc I took to staples they reset the hard drive installed Windows cost me &120 so I wasted $80 lucky did not get filled paying him $240
Response by Techsonduty: Hard drive failed multiple hard drive tests also attempted to recover data which was not accessible due to drive being bad. Made recommendation and agreement to purchase new hard drive that I would install and reload windows 7 on. He decided on his own to go to Staples format and reload Windows on the bad drive which I did not recommend to do.

After calling several other companies I was fortunate to have Techs On Duty respond to my request for help on Home Advisor. Sam was very knowledgeable and patient with the various issues I was having with my business computers and phone system. He explained everything that needed to be done and kept in touch throughout the process. I would highly recommend him for any company or individual looking for fair pricing and excellent work.
