Our project was an exposed aggregate patio and sidewalk in our backyard. Templin met all of their commitments for when they would come out for an estimate and the exact process to install and seal the aggregate. They even came out a second time to ensure that we understood how the patio and sidewalk would be layed out before agreeing on the contract. The work that they performed exceeded our expectations. We would use them again for future projects.

Project: Install Stamped Concrete

Inferior quality work, many mistakes with $17,000 stamped concrete/landscape project. Refuses to tear out and replace, business terminated contract before completion, stating we were difficult customers. Doesn't give written contract. Make sure you get everything in writing if you choose this contractor.

Response by Templin Concrete Construction: Project was not for 17000. If they would check what I sent them on email and remember what they said, things would have worked out better. I talked to the husband who must not communicate with his wife. It has been my effort to give the highest quality to all my customers and this project was no different, but they were the most difficult customers to deal with. I wish there was a site to rate customers.

He came when he said he would and worked as promised. It was easiest to cantact him via email and after the initial contact via phone, we kept in touch via email and it worked out very well indeed!!!!
