Project: Install Wood or Stone Laminate Flooring
We hired Texbest to put in new floors, knock out a small wall, demo and rebuild a fireplace with new tile, and install french doors in the master bedroom. Everything was done well, but was not finished. New drywall was put in where needed, but was not finished. Foat and tape were not put in so we will have to do it ourselves. I am an old guy, disabled with nerve damage to my are and right hand, so there is not much work I can do. I also expect when things are done, they should be completed. This was not done. There are gaps between the old wall and the new dryboards, some are not even with the old wall. Be sure its in writing.

I had a bathroom that needed to be remodeled. I needed new floor tiles and wall tiles. I spoke with Glades. She came out and measure... helped me pick out the tiles... and the trim. She knows her stuff... She gave me a very fair price.... compared to other contractors I called out... I tried the rest and so I went with the best. TexBest Floors. She gave me a start date and a finish date... and it was done right on time. I need a towel rack and asked Glades if she could get it for me.... and she went out of her way to do this for me. I would give them 5 stars plus for service..workmanship. professionalism.

Glades responded very quickly ro our request for an estimate, and provided a quote on the spot before leaving. She obviously knew her business and her estimate was exactly what the final price was, not a penny more. She scheduled us for the very next week and her crew were on time each day. Tiling is messy work, but you wouldn't know it based on their clean up. They left the work area in great shape. They really did a beautiful job and we couldn't be more pleased with our new bathroom!

I would highly recommend Glades and TexBest Floors! They were only one of two companies that followed up on the bid. The other company only emailed. Glades was very professional. Glades told me the job would be finished in 2 days for 1400 + square feet but hey finished in one day and 3 additional hours the next day. They moved all of the furniture and there was no additional charge. The crew working were extremely hard working and professional. My floors look amazing! They are coming back next weekend to do my baseboards.

TexBest did a great job on my laminate install! Glades was very helpful in all of my interactions with her, and she sent out a great crew. They got the job done in one day, moved furniture and hauled away carpeting, and they were lower priced than all other estimates! I highly recommend them.

Overall, I am pleased with the final results, and everyone was always very polite. The job got done on time, and they cleaned up the area fairly well. However, this was not a completely wonderful experience. I was told by the President of the company that she would be there to supervise the workers. She was not. She also failed to tell them any of the special circumstances I had gone over with her regarding my floor. If I hadn't happened to come in the room just as they called her, they would have put the new flooring over the old, which is exactly what I did not want. I had to call her three times to straighten out all the issues.

Thanks so much for recommending TEX BEST for my floor job! They were AMAZING! Gladys, the owner, gave me wonderful advice, is totally professional, and goes above and beyond with customer service. The work was painless to have done, and the result is unbelievably gorgeous. Five stars? I wish there were more to give!

Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
We had approx 600sqft engineered hardwood flooring - brazilan cherry - and new baseboards installed and they look great! We have gotten so many compliments and we love our new floors. TexBest showed up on time, the installation was professional and they completed the work when they said they would. Great job! We'd definitely use them again on our next project.
