It's really difficult to find an honest, knowledgable plumber, so I highly recommend Javier and Texas Plumbers #1. I had to replace two water heaters and got other quotes to make sure I was getting value, and the next closest quote was 50% higher (and both used similar, brand new equipment). Save yourself some money over John Moore and RotoRooter, and hire Texas Plumbers #1 instead!

Mr. Castillo came when he said he would, did quality work at a reasonable price. Would definitely hire again. He is a very nice man who explains the problem and what needs to be done to fix it.

Javier is excellent to work with. He's very interested in doing the best job for you. He had to make two trips because a part had to be ordered and he didn't charge anymore than he originally quoted. I highly recommend him.
