David was attentive to my needs. I was contracting for services from out of state. He went out of his way to visit the project so he could give me an accurate estimate. His staff did a great job and worked until the job was completely finished. I am extremely pleased with their work.

David and his crew did good job. However I had to keep asking: "have you clean this, ..". David cleaned everything what I asked him. His price was good but he would confuse me with range of price estimates (e.g. $130-$165). On the end everything ended being highest quote which was still very good price.

David was very nice and quick to respond to my inquiry. However, I hired his company to do a deep clean on my house and half of the house was not clean. The walls still had cobwebs and the light fixtures had not been cleaned, either. I contacted him and he did return the next day, although they did miss at least one of the light fixtures again. I would hire him for a cursory clean and tidy project, but they did not exhibit attention to detail I expected for a deep clean.

It was great. David showed up on time and was professional as he went through our house to tell us his estimate of the job. Then, the day of the job, he again arrived on time with his crew, lived up to the bid he gave us, and the house looked beautiful. He is reasonably priced, thorough, and professional. I've already referred him to a friend!
