They met my expectations in both quality and financally. They met the timeframes that we set up to install the pergola and they set it up in 4 hours with a crew that were professional and knew what they were doing. The finished product is excellent and I've already recommended The Gazebo Factory to my neighbors and friends.

Jim Klein called promptly (and while he was on the road, out of state) in response to my SM request. We arranged for him to come by to give an estimate for the job, which he did within two days.. Although there was a bit of a delay in getting the estimate--I had to call him when he didn't call me--he arrived the next day and completed the work as agreed and for the estimated price, precisely. His work was efficient, neat, and highly professional. I will use him again, I hope, for future jobs and projects as they develop.

Jim came to our house and surveyed the area and accomplished the estimate. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Our Gazebo was built in their factory and was delivered to our home in parts. Jim's team then installed the Gazebo in about 6 hours. It was fun to watch them install it! They finished the job with a third coat of stain. The Gazebo Factory make a quality product at a very competitive price that includes installation. We are very pleased with our Gazebo.

The Gazebo Factory completed our gazebo to our satisfaction. The builders are experienced and helped us choose just the right size for our needs. Quality materials were used in the construction of the gazebo. They assisted us with colors to blend in with our pre-existing stuctures at our facility. They completed the job in a timely manner. We would gladly use their company again in the future and have recommended them to friends.

We are thrilled with our new gazebo. As promised, it exceeded our expectations in every way. It has added both beauty and value to our property. Now with our spa totally enclosed, we are using it again, even in forty degree weather. I would highly recommend this vendor as they made every effort to see that we got exactly what we wanted.
