They do not do all the edgeing evertime and it just does not look right. Can not pay online or credit card.

Raised their quoted price without informing me. Notice was given on the first bill, which was their last bill. Couldn't handle rain dates. Let grass grow over 2 feet before they got to it. They seem to have to much business for the amount of "team" they have and no contingency plan for rain. They moved the bricks around my flower beds with the riding mower they used, so I had to redo them all. The owner is a nice person, but I think he has more business than he can handle and just doesn't care.
Response by The Lawn Team: Customer was a bi-weekly mow service. during one bi service, due to rain, I was rained out for 2 to 3 days, therefore requiring all my mow services to be delayed approx. 3 days. When you are on a mow schedule every 2 weeks, rain delays will be more problematic. due to growth, during excessive wet rain period. Customer was notified on March Invoice of price increase due to higher constant fuel prices. Increase was $5 per service or $10 per month. Each service initially was $30 and increased to $ 35. Her last mow service took over 50 min. to complete. I care and fix all issues caused by my team. I was never notified of a complaint or issue

The service was excellent in every element. They mowed, edged, and cleaned up everything. The rate is less then when I lived in Fort Worth and I am very happy about that. I look forward to this summer.
