Excellent customer service, especially considering that we are well over an hour away from the home office. The mark-down in quality was due to a short in one of the lights that was not discovered until the final light check. A bit on the pricey side, but the price includes superior installation, equipment and two service checks during the year. Good installation, excellent clean-up!

Overall, our experience with the Perfect Light for the project was great. Their salesperson, Tom Ovaitt, was very informative, direct and took his time to make sure we understood what the process. He also made sure that we had the right design for our needs and preference. Our front yard and backyard look amazing. We are looking forward to enjoying our backyard more often during the cool nights this year and for years to come. We would recommend the Perfect Light team to friends and neighbors any time.
