Project: Replace Vinyl Liner for Swimming Pool

The only reason I gave a 4 on customer service was that I had to make the phone calls to check on the processing, the receipts, the arrival of liner, and the schedule of service. He did return my calls. DJ is a great guy- perhaps too busy to do the "office kind of work"- he is a hands-on guy. He also did an extra service for us (removed our diving board) and did not charge extra. Would use him again- knows what he is doing- was the only contractor who was willing to work on a sandy bottom.
