Customer Service was great. However, I came home late and found the cellar door wide open and the light on. There were a couple of miscellaneous parts left in the driveway. There was also a large puddle of an oily substance - likely from the vehicle - in the driveway. I am a firm believer in leaving something the way you find it. I can only hope the water heater repair is not indicative of the what I witnessed. Very, very disappointed. I will not use this company again.

Response by The Water Heater Experts: Before we even received this review, the customer sent us two emails to apologize and ask that we remove the rating with his permission. We explained that we cannot remove ratings but can add notes to explain what happened. Apparently, he had a very tough week and when he came home, he found the cellar door open with the light on and a small part from our truck. Out of initial frustration, he left the rating We immediately had our field technician call the customer to apologize and confirmed that we had turned out the light. The customer was very appreciative on our quick follow up and said he would use us again for any future replacement

Technician was very friendly and willing to explain the various steps and some technical aspects of the installation (I was curious so I hung out with him as he did his job). The price was right and the value received was excellent.

They called us quickly, helped us decide what to replace our old tank with they did not pressure us into a tankless system. We ended up deciding that the tank system was best for our needs and they helped us decide on the cheaper option after hearing our concerns and needs.

Service was quick and efficient. The price was the lowest that I found for a power vent type. The gentleman who came, (Andy Knopf I think), was polite and pleasant and efficient. I was impressed with every aspect of the service.
