Project: Repair Exterior Trim
Prompt service, good cleanup at end of job, reasonably priced. He explained the job to me once he inspected it, told me what materials he used and how he used them to complete the job. I was very pleased with the quality of his work.

Project: Repair Drywall
Joe is professional and gives a single parent a feeling of confidance. Joe was alone w/ my kids in the house and not only did they feel comfortable which made me comfortable. Towards the end of the job some of my finances changed and Joe kindly allowed me to change what I origonally had planned. It was a true pleasure having him in my home and I plan to have him back for other jobs I need.

Joe is very knowledgeable in many areas and is always prompt, friendly and courteous. His range of repair abilities make him a one of a kind, one-stop-can-fix-all kind of a guy. I've already recommended him, which was probably not too smart of me as I still of many things I need for him to complete in my just purchased "as is" home.

I selected Joe by talking with him on the phone. He was very personable and trusting to work with. Joe's talent is to do new sheetrock work. He made sure that I was satisfied with the work.
Response by The Works by Joe, LLC: After completing this job Allen refused to pay for two people working. A short time later he called and indicate that he was displeased. I spent an additional 6+ hours to meet his approval at my expense.

Project: Hire a Handyman
Joe did an outstanding job on a multitude of tasks from small to more involved projects. We are in the process of putting our home up for sale and Joe came in and knocked out a variety of things to help get our home in show shape. I've already contacted Joe with another small list of things I'd like him to complete. He has a diverse skill set that enables him to accomplish a wide variety of tasks. I'd recommend Joe to anyone needing any type of handiwork done around the home.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
Joe was timely on giving the bid and performing the work. He was courteous and professional in demeanor. This was a difficult and totally manual job and Joe was up to the challenge. He stayed positive throughout the day and finished as he had promised. I would recommend him to anyone who needs handiwork performed.
