The plumber was very prompt, freindly and priced the repairs fairly. I would definitely use them again. He even offered suggestions on the connections of other piping in the house. The actual cost of repairs came in lower than his estimate.

I definitely recommend Dale. During our bathroom project we had a situation with the counter top company. Dale was very supportive as we worked the problem out with the counter top company. Even though he could not install the sink faucet, he made a trip to install the toilet so we would at least have a toilet on the first floor. He came back at a later date to install the bathroom faucet. Dale's workmanship is top-notch.

My repair was basic, replacing a thermocouple on a hot water heater. Once I got a return phone call (over an hour after I left a message), upon his arrival he was, polite( he removed his shoes even though we went from the garage to the basement)the repair was done quickly and had hot water in 15 minutes. He even reduced his quote, since the job was minor!!
