Tom is fantastic! Our primary project was relocating our fuse box from outside to inside and increasing our amperage. He completed the work timely, efficiently and at a reasonable rate. More importantly Tom's customer service is amazing!! We had suddenly and inexplicably lost power to half of our house. Another electrician came out to give us an estimate on moving the fuse box but made no attempt to figure out why we had lost power. Even before we decided to give the job to Tom, he insisted on fixing our immediate problem. He told us there was no way he would have left us without power, even if we had not hired him for the main project.

Tom came out to fix a double-tapped breaker and exposed wiring. Provided assessment and estimate over the phone and was right on! He was also very flexible with my moving schedule to come out to the house and get the repair completed timely. Will definitely use again.

Great experience. Tom came out and replaced an outlet that wasn't grounded on a Saturday afternoon. Very friendly, would definitely recommend.
