Prompt and professional response to my quote request. Not the lowest quote, but by far the most professional company responding. The installation crew was outstanding in every way. Would recommend Thompson Creek for door installation.

(Gutters) Only complaint is (very little) poor sealant job on follow-up job. We had gutters that would literally overflow in any thunderstorm and poor sheets of water onto our rear deck, such that we would actually (rarely noticeable, but sig damage behind the wall board) get water in our CEILING basement. The gutter they put up solved the problem, and maintenance free is worth every penny since the rear gutters require a 40' ladder to get at. You will find substantially cheaper work plans, but we agree that this project was the best money we have ever spent on our home. No maintenance. No more water damage. Even in the heaviest rains.

Quality is fantastic. The difference this has made in my electricbill arleady is amazing. AC unit does not run as frequent and room tempatures are regulated. Noise reduction is very impressive. The pricing was higher than other quotes, so only time will ultimately tell. The install was great, no complaints or issues. Very tidy. Customer service was a bit of an issue. However, when I called and left messages, they were responsive.

Thompson Creek did a fabulous job and the value for the price was well worth it. I did, however, request to have the project completed by a certain date and they were unable to schedule it, so it was delayed and rescheduled for a week later. Not critical, but it would have been nice to have it completed at my requested date.
