Project: Remodel a Bathroom

My wife and I were very pleased with the final product. Our bathroom was a total remodel - all of the walls, the ceiling, and the floor were taken down and replaced with new and up-to-date materials. With all of the tear down, Timbercreek kept their area very clean by putting down tarps and cleaning up each evening. We were given a budget for each aspect of the project - tile work, painting, plumbing, etc. Even though we went over the budgeted amount in one or two areas, the project was still very affordable. Timbercreek allowed us to split the payments and to spread the charges over two or three credit cards. This worked very well for us.

Project: Install or Completely Replace Vinyl Siding

TimberCreek office staff and field employees were very professional the entire project. We replaced (5) windows on the front of the house and installed the vinyl siding over the existing siding. The quality of work was very good. My concern at the begining of the project was to make sure that all corners and caulk joints were very precise and minimal caulk was used to 'hide' rough corners and open joints. After inspecting the workmanship I am very pleased with the quality of the installation. I would recommend TimberCreek to all who ask about them.

Like any project you have to pay to be completed, keep an eye on the work each day. When you see something that you don't like, call and get it corrected or get an explanation of what is going on so that you understand. All of my concerns where explained or corrected in short order.

The staff at Timbercreek are VERY courteous and I could not ask for a faster turnaround. I called them on Friday with a leaking roof and window; they offered to come and tarp it until the rain stopped. Monday morning they came out and gave me an estimate. On Tuesday, I came home for lunch and the work had already been completed. I will keep them in mind for future projects.

Project: Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Install or Replace

Randy Snider provided my free home estimate. He arrived within 10 minutes of the designated time. Out of 3 quotes, Timbercreek proved to be the most reasonable. Richline Siding never showed up. The installation took approximately 1.5 days, which was less than the quoted estimate. The crew did a good job of cleaning up, however, I noticed several areas of damage where scrap material was thrown from the roof. 1) Mounting of utility box on side of house was broken, 2) front gutter now leaks (from jarring) where it had been bonded at the elbow joint, 3) the front railing was damaged from falling debris. I would recommend this company to others.
