The work was scheduled to be done on a Saturday on two rental properties that I own. It was done on time and I am assuming done professionally or I would have received a call from my tenants. The only complaint I have would be the lack of follow up after the work was completed. I called the sales person to see how the work went and if there were any issue they discovered while in the attics. I left a message for him on that following Monday and never received a call back. I will try again to reach him today.

The employees that came in and did the work was nice and professional. If I thought something was not correct they would go back and redo it for me. The sales person was very helpful and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. I will probably use them again in the furture for other projects.

Their communication and response time is excellent. I received a call soon after submitting the project. They were able to look at our roof leak the same day and prevent the leak until they could come back with a permanent fix.

I was initially impressed with the company; however, the lack of follow-up was disconcerting. The project had to be finished by another contractor because the company failed to complete the project. Dispite the fact that they charged for and stated plywood would be used as decking, however, they used cheaper OSB. I did not get what I paid for and would not use this company again.

Had shingles on part of the roof removed. They matched it up and repaired the damaged wood underneath. There were good to tell me a few things going on with the roof, and why certain things appeared as they did. I've passed their number on to a friend, so I'm happy with them. Price came in on the lower end of my estimates.
