Project: Excavate or Grade the Slope of the Grounds

Tom's service was reasonable in price and the job was done quickly and without a mess. We needed the side of our home re-graded due to a basement water problem. We spoke to several contractors and Tom's advice was the most helpful. He also gave us ideas for landscaping the fron of our home whick we would like to have done in the spring. We will definitely use him again.

Tom is excellent, his ideas are great. Very professional and accurate on the estimate. We did not go over budget. Quality of workmanship Excellent, his crew superior better than excellent, every day they left they cleaned up the area, They did my front entrance, which was not an easy project, a lot of stone cutting etc. It looks amazing!!!

A real disappointment. After telling Tom what I needed I thought he understood the goals of my project. I was wrong. Some things were completed OK, others were shoddy. After I had a sidewalk poured I needed the form excavations filled in and compacted. They were filled in but only part of the sidewalk length packed down. I had to complete this part myself. I had the front yard grass lifted so that settling could be filled in and compacted. The sod was removed with only a thin layer of dirt sprinkled in and the sod replaced. It's already starting to settle. Now I will have to pay another contractor (outside of Home Advisor) to re-do the job.

Tom designed an awesome layout with a competitive price! I put in a few of my own suggestions and Tom and his crew were able to make accomodations with last minute notice. Several neighbors stopped by to say WOW! I have already given his number to two of my neighbors and a coworker! Don't bother shopping quality and price I've done the research for you already. This is your next pro for your job!

Tom was the only one of three contractors that I called to call us back that evening. He was over the next day to assess the situation and give us a quote. We went with him and he was on the job the next day with an associate to tell him what needed to be done and the associate and another person were there. They and Tom were helpful, couteous, professional. Asked questions when necesssary - theirs and ours - and the job was completed with no hassle or problems the next next. We would recommend them to anyone. We are also thinking of having him over next year to landscape the rest of our yard.
