The plumber Tony sent was not knowledgeable which caused the job to run way too long. He did not know how to remove the old faucet. He tried to leave with a leak still existing on the outside faucet, recommending that I turn it off everytime I use it. He did end up fixing that but it took 4 hours!

very good overall experience..Arrived on time, it was avery difficult job as a result that the old faucet was 25 years old and had to be hacksawed off...Dave was friendly and very compitent...Did a very good job..Would highly recomend Gideika Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services...

Tony was to rude on the phone, but Dave who did the repair was great and knew what he was doing. Tony needs an attitude ajustment. When I questioned him about the cost of the part, whice was under $100.00 and I was charged $295.00, he said quote youre pissing me off now goodbye and hung up. I am a Real Estate Broker for Century 21 and I will make sure everyone on the North Shore who needs a plumber does not use Tony!

Dave was just great at solving a stubborn leak. He was personable and professional. He didn't give up until the job was done and assured me that if there was a future problem with the leak to let them know.

wouldn't provide an estimate up front until he started the work (should of been the 1st flag). Since we had had another quote of about $125 we thought it would be around this price. Big mistake. it costed us 3x...i still have no idea why an "expert" could waste so much time...well I understand now because labor cost isn't cheap!! very disappointed. I have 2 other projects that we could of used his assistance but not after this. back to the drawing board!!! on the positive side he was a VERY nice person. Very friendly.
