Had two small finish carpentry jobs that required a creative approach as well as care and skill. Their Kevin Mason did an excellent job of understanding the work and executing it, bringing bringing good ideas to the project as well as following my original plan. Would definitely recomment and hire again.

Did not finish the job. Am not happy at all. The quality of work was horrible. Do yourself a favor - STAY AWAY !!!!!!! I still have not heard from them . They're worried about their rating. Why does he not come by and see me.

Response by Top Notch Quality Service: The scope of work was removal of debris. The consumer agreed to meet with our company and assess the job. Because the consumer was not forth coming on the original scope of work, it forced our company to change from a junk removal job to an excuvation job. A project that we normally do not handle. Dispite the unforseeable challanges we aquired additional equipment to successfully complete the job. Payment was received and work order was closed. To my surprise Mr. M was dissatisfaction. We attempted to contact Mr. M on several occasion with no avail. As a highly rated company it our goal to make 100% of our consumers happy!

I was very happy with Brandon when he first came out to the house and gave me an estimate. When the work began it took 4 times for the work to be done.This was very inconvenient for me and my husband. When the workers arrived they were unaware of what was to be done.I was unhappy with how the beds were cut in and the amount of mulch put down; it was a very thin layer .They also removed two plants without consulting my husband or myself when asked the workers had no knowledge of their removal.The price for the job was underestimated. Bottom line it should not take 4 trips to complete a spring clean up and lay down an Appropriate amount of mul

The primary contact was professional and prompt. The cleaning crew was courteous but arrived without all the tools they needed and while they worked expeditiously, they failed to properly clean some surfaces adequately. I plan to give them another opportunity to correct some of the deficiencies.

Top Notch is the perfect description for this company. I had to delay the project for a week (snow) and they rescheduled easily. The 2 men arrived on time and had the junk and debris removed inside 45 minutes. Pleasant, fast, and very professional. Very Highly Recommended.
