I was very pleased with the job done by Total Floor Solutions in the laying of new carpet throughout my entire house. The job was done very professioally and the guys were very careful, clean, efficient and polite. Sebastian Parisi (the owner) was very professional in calling me immediately when I first was searching on-line for a company and then in answering my questions about the installation process. He met with me twice to give me an estimate and then again to finalize the installation. James laid the carpet and was very careful to not bang up the walls and floor boards and to keep everything as clean as possible with the install.

I would have like to gotten a follow up call to make sure everything was ok. The only problem I have found is that one part is not straight and i had to fix it myself. Other than that it look greats and feels even better.

They were courteous and punctual. When I forgot to let them in on the scheduled day they allowed me to resched later that day, and waived the penalty. The installer was professional and efficient and highly competent.

Our new hardwood floors and carpet upgrade look beautiful! For quality, customer service, and value for money, I HIGHLY recommend Total Flooring Solutions (TFS)! Sebastian, the owner of the company, provided superior professional service from our first meeting to follow-up. At our first consult with Sebastian, his winning, friendly, personable style and professional advice were the reasons we selected TFS. Sebastian arrived on time with a variety of samples, both wood and carpet, and provided sound advice to our questions from which we made our selections. His pricing was much better than other estimates we had received. Sebastians crews for both the wood floor install and the carpet install were very professional, timely and polite. We are VERY, VERY satisfied! Great Job!!

Sebastian is a down to Earth guy and we discussed carpet for my stairs since my deal with another company went sour. Even though my work was a small job since the people from before already laid some carpet, Sebastian had one of his experienced workers, Pete (humble, hardworking and sincere), come and do the job in a few hours. Quote was accurate, carpet was pulled and laid tight and Im happy with the work.
