Project: Remodel a Bathroom

I am editing my previous review as it is the only way to get anyones attention. My PM, Peter, did a good job. The final result was good, even after we found out there was a leak which ran into the downstairs bathroom and into my basement. Issue was rectified by Peter. I am now waiting for a reimbursement for the damages caused by the leak and was told it was being held by management due to my poor review. If anyone is reading this, would you side with a company who is holding their customers reimbursement because of a poor review? If this is ever addressed, I am happy to provide a better rating but this is feedback worth considering.

Response by Total Renovations, LLC: As with any home renovation, unforeseen issues may arise. Problems, such as faulty electrical wires, plumbing issues, etc. are not initially seen before a job is started. When issues are found, it's our priority to rectify the problem to make your home safe,up to town code & finish in a timely manner. Unfortunately, not every job is as smooth of a process as we hope, but we're adamant on creating a positive customer experience. We thank you for your relationship with our company, although your experience wasnt as we initially strived for,we are confident the workmanship is safe & it's a beautiful bath to be enjoyed for years to come.

The project has been completed and Total Renovations far exceeded our expectations. Zane, our project manager, went above and beyond to make sure we are happy with the work, delivered phenomenal results and made sure that we will have the smoothest customer experience possible during the project. Awesome work, great results, worth every penny !!

Perfect job! The team went above and beyond to accomodate a tight timeline and ensured our satisfaction and requirements were fulfilled. This was not a large project, but everyone from the Project Manager to all the guys working on the job treated this with the utmost professional and care. Team was extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled. Very pleased and would highly recommend!

From the beginning, Total Renovations was professional and knowledgable. Our projects went so smoothly that, before I knew it, all was done. Dean was always there to answer any little question we may have had and made the project an enjoyable experience for us. We would highly recommend Total Renovations to family and friends. Next time we need a project done on our house, Dean, and Total Renovations will be the choice for us!

We had a large renovation and from our first meeting with Total Renovations we were sure that we chose the right contractor. Throughout the entire project we had daily communication with our project manager who was excellent. He kept us updated on the project, needs and anticipated dates. This was extreemely important. The project proceeded smoothly. All of the workers from the framers to the finishers were excellent. We are very happy with our addition and we refer everyone to them. Pete we appreciate the great job that you ran. We will definately call Total Renovations back for our next project!

Very pleased with the craftsmanship and attention to detail of Dean, CHris and the guys. They came up with creative and cost saving solutions to every problem encountered during the project. We love our new kitchen and baths.
