Project: Repair Drywall - For Business

Horrible experience with lots of incompetence. Project still incomplete. Workers promise to show up and then no show and do not return calls for several days. Workmanship is very sloppy and unprofessional. Project worker comes to work without required tools and supplies, stays for very short periods, then leaves for hours. Apologies frequently for his disappearances or lack of follow through, then repeats the behavior. Even the owner does not live up to his words. Provided me with multiple dates for completion, asks for early access and again does not deliver on promises. Use another contractor! I will be contacting the BBB to file complaint

Repaired a small section of kitchen ceiling that sustained water damage. Very friendly and personable. Easy to work with. The repair looks great and blends in with the textured ceiling so its difficult to tell there was even any work done.

Darrel and his crew were outstanding. Our project start date was delayed 1 day, however Darrell called in plenty of time to let me know that his co-worker had a family emergency. Even with that they still came over and dropped off the materials and did what prep work they could do. They were very customer focused, friendly and did the job in the amount of time that they said they would. Overall we had a great experience with them.
