Trench Flooring surpassed all of our expectations. Paul and all of his employee's were friendly, co-operative and did outstanding work. We are already getting a estimate for additional work to be done. I am more than pleased with the personalize professional service. Mr Trench made me feel my project was the only project he was under contract to do. He measured the area, brought samples to select from and sent me a detailed estimate within a24 hour time frame. The employees hired to do the job delivered the materials in a timely manner and were very task oriented. When a mistake was made in part of the order it was corrected immediately. So I am more than pleased and the job is still in the process of being finished. Trench will definitely be hired for future projects.

I have never been more satisfied with a home improvement vendor than I am with Trench Flooring. I brought them out to dry wall one basement wall. Paul, the manager of the job, was so excellent and offered such a good price, it led me to ask, “can you also do this…and how about this?” Every answer was yes and for a good price. The quality of their work was excellent but also the quality and the planning. Paul was not only accessible, touched based every day with updates but the crew was fantastic. All completed in the timeframe quoted, which was very quick. I will simply call Paul first for everything I need done in the home.

Very professional. They painted the lower level of my house and repaired the ceiling in two rooms. A crew of three came out exactly at the agreed time and worked until the job was complete. Cleanup was great. Highly recommended.

I thought that I contracted to paint the exterior trim (of the whole house), but what was done was to paint only the windows and their trim. Quite a difference. Since I hadn't been explicit (I assumed painting the trim meant all of it), I paid what I had agreed to.
