The contractor place the outlet for the cables too low on the wall so I mhad to buy a 12 ft HDMI cable where if they had located it higher, the 6 ft cable would have worked. they also set up the surge protecgtor improperly so I had to call Brighthouse. when Brighthouse came, the simply looked at the surge protectgor and corrected the setup and everthing was fine. I wish Ryan well. I am sure that he is capable of doing a better job.

Ryan was professional and knowledable. After working through some scheduling issues and weather we were able to decide the best way to run the wiring and keep the walls in one piece without having them show. The project was completed quickly and looks great.

ryan was awesome! i had actually hired the geek squad to do a home theatre install - they did a horrible (expensive) job - and was not at all professional. on the other hand ryan was on time,professional, KNEW HIS STUFF!!!! and not only completed the job -but also made changes to the "shotty"work that was done by geek squad -which made ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD in regards to the increasing the functionality of my system as well as the sound- was much richer etc. will use him again in the future for sure!!!!
