I'm still waiting to see how the first application pans out, but so far I can't say I'm dissatisfied. I'll give them a couple more applications to see if it's working.

John was courteous, very careful, and, even though he had to return many times, he persisted till the spider mites were completely gone. I have hired him to do the exterminating at my home every three months and I find the rpice very reasonable.

He was very prompt in coming our to our house, which is far away from where he lives. The staff was very professional and explained everything they would do in detail, answered all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable that a great attention to detail is placed in all they do. They were also very affordable and competitive with other companies.
