they came out and determined i had voles, not moles. They treated the yard and actually lowered the price because voles are easier to treat. they could have stayed with their initial price they quoted me on the phone...but were honest enough to explain the difference to me. I will definitely use them again and recommend to my friends / neighbors.

I asked for professionals to do the job because I thought I couldn't do it myself. My basement smelled like dead mice for many days. I think the system them use is not great.

I had them out to spray and the service provider said he didn't see any fleas in my basement which I found odd since I can't go into one of the rooms without looking down to find at least 50 fleas on my legs up to my knees. He said I just needed to vaccuume the carpet part and not the concrete part. I didn't need to worry about those rooms. In the mean time I had to call an ambulance to pick up my mom who had been struggling with cancer and was at the hospital from Wed thru Tuesday morning when she passed away. A friend of my mine went downstairs and saw the fleas were still really bad. When my friend called, they were not nice at all.
