I would have preferred receiving the final appraisal in a more formal format than e-mail and it would have been nice if it had included pictures.

Response by US Appraisal Pros: Thank you very much for the kind review on Service Magic. Looking at the appraisal I see that it does include pictures of the house as well as the comparble sales. I attached it again in an email for your review. The photos begin in the "subject property photo addendum" several pages back in the report (I think at page 12). Awesome, I would not use anyone else, if I have a choice. I have been working with them for years. They are get the work done, they are my favorite.. He knows his stuff, knows the guide lines.. He and his crew are very responsive, great company.
