The maid used water on a new laminated floor. Anyone in the cleaning business knows you shouldn't do that. Floor was streaky and I had to have somebody else do it. The rest of the work was fineq. It kitchen counters felt gritty and streaky swipe on the frig.

Unfortunately, most of the dirt in my carpets was pushed around rather than removed. Numerous calls giving them the chance to rectify this have gone unanswered. Too bad because it appeared that this was a young man genuinely trying to get a foothold and I would have been happy to see him succeed.

Response by Ultimate Cleaning, LLC: We received a call from this consumer 2 weeks after we cleaned the carpets. We will gladly return to do a job if you call within 24 hours of our service. To call 2 weeks later and state that the rug is dirty again doesn't mean we did not do a good job the first time we were there. At the time she was very happy with the work performed.

The crew came exactly when they said they would and took the time they estimated. They were very courteous and thorough. In fact, they even moved some of the furniture which I had not even asked them to do.

Prompt response initially- Asked for earlier arrival and arrived when requested- Worked faster than expected and got ALL THE SPOTS AND STAINS OUT - all for a reasonable price.
