Mark did an amazing job cleaning and sealing our floor tile and grout! He took his time to carefully clean the tile and grout, and then sealed everything. He uses a multi-step process, which includes sanitizing, to ensure everything is done the best possible way. The seal he used on our unsealed tile floor gave the floor a beautiful satin finish that is easy to clean. We are very happy with the work that was performed, and appreciate his reasonable fee. We were moving from California back to Scottsdale and it was rewarding to see the floor really cleaned and sanitIzed. I had installed new tiles but they seemed not really finished so we wanted a mate finish sealant. In addition, our tenants had twi labs and wanted to make sure the house would be clean before putts my our furniture. I strongly recommend this company.

Mark was very professional and addressed any and all our concerns. While cleaning the tile and grout, Mark explained each step and what it will do, he has a wealth of information! When Mark completed all rooms and prior to putting the sealant on; we walk through inspecting the floors, which looked a hundred times better! We will use Mark again and recommend him to anyone needing tile/grout cleaning.

Loved the work. Mark is very diligent about the cleaning. He went a few extra times just to bring out the extra shine. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend him for the next cleaning job.

When Mark arrived to clean my floors, I was very forthcoming with my expectations and questions. In turn, we agreed to move forward. As he wrapped up the downstairs, I began to express my concern for areas that still appeared to be dirty. However, he assured me that it was wet and asked if we should proceed upstairs. I agreed to do so, based on “his” recommendation of experience. However, he did not perform the same method (openly admitting twice to skipping the acid wash, using a brush on a stick, and Lysol floor cleaner – not what I was advised of). I proceeded to pay him as he assured me to give it time to dry (12-24 hours). However, I knew something was wrong. My floors were still dirty and weren’t real bad to begin with. Many areas were filthy – coming off on paper towels all throughout my home. The upstairs grout/tile looked worse and/or the same. I proceeded to contact Mark the next day - upset. He knew I had furniture coming, but brushed it off as being wet, that I got what I paid for, and he would come by next week. However, he wouldn’t confirm a day or time; I had to call Home Advisor (2 days later) for him to contact me. We agreed to meet the following day, but before doing so I called to settle (get half/$100 back). I was very distraught with his results, work ethic, dishonesty, water usage – let my hose run for 2.5 hours, and over billed for square footage. I felt it would be best to part ways. However, he declined stating he did his job - used products and time which doesn’t insure anything. At the end of the conversation, I mentioned that my husband would try appear (I didn’t feel comfortable). Mark became angry – requiring that he know in advance if my husband would show. Although, he stated it wouldn’t affect today’s appointment and asked for my husband to call. This scared me! Next, Mark sent a follow up text - pretending that we both attend to ensure we were satisfied. Although, he knew it would be difficult for my husband, he had little to do with this, and we were on the same page. In turn, my husband called him twice. Mark didn’t answer, so my husband left him a message to proceed with the appointment, it needed to get done, he would try to attend, and if necessary, he would send someone else out. But… Mark didn’t show, although we did. 30 minutes after the appointment I sent him a text, that time was taken off from work, can no longer wait here, please refund our money. This was a ploy, an excuse not to attend. His excuse: he didn’t have my husband’s number and my husband didn’t confirm he would show, although my husband “the customer” told him to proceed. Now, our home is in disarray, with everything being stored in our room (chairs, laundry baskets, etc.) as we contemplate our next step. In addition, we have not received our money back and are in process of filing a complaint with Home Advisory. Moreover, we will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau unless a quick resolution is determined. My advice – Don’t pay in full until the work is complete. Ask for a test spot to be performed and trust your instinct! This is a terrible mess and I was taken advantage of!
