Unique Backyards did a great job installing the new sprinkler system at my place. They were prompt in providing the estimate and the completed the job within a week. I'll recommend them to my friends. The contract included 3 year warrenty which is great. I found 1 of the volves leaking and reported to Doug in the evening, he promptly fixed the faulty volve the next day. I'm pleased with their promt service.

The job was completed quickly and very professionally.
Response by Unique Backyards: customer never called,responded in less than 24hrs,it was a small leak and could never be more than $5.00 in water leak

To be fair, Doug is a very nice guy and uses quality parts at a fair price. The problem I have is he doesnt return calls. My initial install went bad and we had 2 serious leaks. One I discovered by mistake the other was in the valve pit. Doug did fix the one we spoke about. I sent several mails and calls because my water bill was almost $500. I havent received a call back or apology about my water bill.

Could not get valve to close so went back to get a different tool. Came back again. I have no idea if successful as no one advised if completed or when it will be completed. Has not returned calls since.

We needed to have repair done on our sprinkler.... Doug did a great job, was very knowledgeable and came to do the repair on the same day (within an hour!) of my emailing the request on Service magic. Great work and great customer service. We'll definitely use him for our winter shut down on the sprinklers too.
