When we contacted United Telephone via the Internet, Chris promptly called us back. He asked us questions to make sure we couldn't solve the problem ourselves. He came out later that afternoon with the part we needed and got our telephone system working again. Since that time when we have had questions, Chris has been available to help us.

Our telephones were down since Saturday and we didn't know what was wrong. We called Comcast (our service provider) but they said they could not help us because the problem was in the phone equipment and not with the service. Comcast suggested we find a phone tech or an electrician. Frustrated, I went online and found this website, and then I found United Telephone Systems, Corp. With one simple call, Chris was able to get us back on line! He was such a great help and we appreciate his efforts in resolving our telephone issue effectively and efficiently. We will definitely call again if we run into any other issue.

Prompt to show up, always, their work is meticulous. Good working people, Suzanne and Christopher are trustworthy and honest; more need to treat the public in a service aspect as they do.
