This company is not to be confused with universal windows which is not highly rated. Universal Windows Direct did a wonderful job of installing excellent windows that have really made a significant improvement to our basement. They were courteous and expert and could not have done a better job.

WinPro was very professional. Mike Zachary my sales person was very knowledgeable about the product, extremely patient and very easy to work with. I have already told him of a person who is also interested in window replacement.

John & Tang were very knowledgeable & patient with the whole window shopping process & very budget conscious which is much appreciated! No pressure to sign same day and gave us time to compare other quotes & presentations. The product is great! Insulates well as promised, easy to open/close & clean. The only thing i'm not too sure about is the noise level. Our home faces a somewhat busy street, but our walls are sort of thin so I can't provide a good assessment on noise reduction. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the new windows and will be calling them again for future jobs.

The entire project went very smoothly, no material issues. The sales people were very knowledgable and very helpful. (I did have several questions and changes after initial signing) The installers were very good, quick and cleaned up everything before they left. I would, and already have recommended Universal Windows Direct.

In the beginning when we were comparing what company to use Mr. Wang was very helpful and kept checking on us to see if we had any questions on the windows. We finally decided on him because we felt he was interested in our business. They gave us a date to put in the windows and was right on time. There work was speedy and the workmanship was good.

Great customer service. Worked with our entire eight unit building to make sure that everyone was satisfied. Incredibly friendly installers who left behind virtually nothing but clean space and new windows.
