Mr. Sok arrived when he said he would and got the furnace going again in less than an hour. His prices are great compared to other places that I called. I would definitely recommend him to others. Very professional.

Promptly received a call after requesting service. There was a slight language barrier but we worked it out. Technician arrived on time and was very nice and professional. My wife felt very comfortable. Took about two hours to service two furnaces. Was very happy with the service and write up.

VS was very responsive. As soon as I submitted my request, I received a phone call from him. He kept me informed of his troubleshooting and what he did to resolve my AC issues. I'm unsure if he offers maintenance plans; however, I'm glad he was available to fix my AC in a timely manner.

Dont let his english on phone scare you he speaks perfect english once he arrives, clean cut and very organized, lower price scared me but he told me the work was not very hard, he came out and proved himself and he is the best ive had in years. so happy!!!!!

VS Heating and AC provided excellent service in our family's time of need. Our AC unti went out during the recent 100 degree weekends and VS was there first thing Monday morning to diagnos the problem. They tried everything to repair the unit and save us money. In the end, the entire unit needed to be replaced. VS was back with a new unit within 24 hours to install it. By Tuesday evening, we had AC back! VS even allowed me same as cash financing for 24 months. Because of their quality of worksmanship and great customer service, I have already recommended VS Heating and AC to my neighbors.
