Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
It was a complete disaster. I have to fire this contractor. He made a mistake on his estimate and we have to pay for the cost of floor ourselves (almost $5000 more of the initial budget). He and his wife were rude and not very profesional. I will not recommend this company to any one!

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Absolutelly unprofessional. Contarct was canceled in the middle.
Response by VSP Services, Inc.: This customer didn't know right from the beggining what he wants.We waited almost 2 week so that they can chose a bath tub as i was told.THen they orderd jaccuzi,which change the scope of work because we ha to re-plumb al the system.The customer keep adding additional things to the contract and did not want to pay for it.The contract was cancelled on mutuala agreement ,never the less that 70% was done.I am really concerned about the next contractor(victim)who is going to take the work.I want to dispute this comment and if needed pictures of what it was and what we did can be sent.Copy of the work and contract can be added too.

Project: Install or Repair Door or Window Screens
The ServiceMagic system provided the names of 3 handyman services, VSP Services, WindowPro, and Handyman Connection. We also solicited 2 service providers outside ServiceMagic. The WindowPro representative suggested that we had a straightforward and simple task, but then never responded with an estimate. Mike Morris provided the estimate for Handyman Connection. He was extremely professional and provided his estimate on-the-spot. I was left with the impression that his company would do quality work. We selected VSP Services and Viktor Popov. They provided the most competitive estimate and their ratings were very favorable, which easily tipped the balance in their favor. Their service does not have the huge overhead of an extra representative and office staff, and his wife Daniella helps him on projects. He indicated that he would not be able to start immediately because he was in the middle of a large project. But he did start the job at the time he promised and was extremely responsive throughout the project, asking questions and discussing options. There were a couple of minor glitches after completion of the project, but he responded in a timely manner and made corrections. The screened porch looks beautiful and we would recommend him without qualification.

Project: Install or Replace Interior Doors
Viktor called immediately after my information was entered into the website and an estimate was quickly scheduled. His price was great and work ethic, professionalism, and expertise were unparalleled. Due to circumstances we came up with several other projects for him while he was working on our door and he completed all of them perfectly. We are planning on having Viktor do some more work for us in the very near future and can't recommend him highly enough. He and his wife even won over my 17 month old son, who spent the several days after Vicktor left looking for them!
