Showed up on time. Service person very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us all options. We ended up replacing our older built-in vacuum system as opposed to paying just a little less to repair it. Their price for the unit was much less expensive than any on-line store I researched. He came back that afternoon for the install, was very clean and neat. I will use them again for future repairs.

I took my central vac into their shop last Tuesday. He said he should have it done in about 4 days. I have still not heard from them. It's been a week.

First visit determined that parts needed to be ordered to begin the repair process. The return visit was very professional, neat, and fixed the issues that we had, They even repaired the incorrect installation of the original contractor that installed this system 14 years ago. I would highly recommend the company to all of my friends. What a pleasure to find people that know what they are doing and take pride in their work.
