Valiant arrived when they said they would and the appearance of the tech was clean and professional. He spent the time with me to lay out a battle plan to explain what their ideas were to get rid of the pests that were invading our home. I have to say, within 24 HRS we were seeing results. The only thing keeping me from giving them a "5" on quality is an end result and complete removal of pests...its too soon at this point to say. Its only been a week or so since the first treatment. But I can tell you if we are seeing results this quickly, this will be bumped to a "5" in no time!! HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!

Service was fast and on-time. The technician explained what he was going to do, then after the service he explained all that he did, what he found and what we should expect. He also explained the waranty. I am very pleased with Chris and Valiant Pest Defence. They are in my address book so that I can call them again.

I had read positve reviews on the internet, complimenting the technicians' professionalism, knowledge, and clean-cut presentation. I almost thought they seemed "planted," they were so good, but I called anyway. They were spot on! Chris was every one of those things. The best experience I've had with a home service call of any kind, bar none. I live in Rockwall, I'm a real mom, just trying to keep my house bug-free, and I'm a huge Valiant Pest Defense fan now!

They were very informative and honest - the particular problem we called them out to handle actually ended up not being a problem after all (we didn't have the infestation we thought we had). We will definitely use them again in the future.
