Victor was knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. He was affordable and one of the nicest contractors we have ever come across. I have recommended him to my neighbors with the assurance that he will get the job done right. After our initial request to use Vemar for drywall/insulation; we have used his services for other home improvement projects. Will continue to recommend him to my neighbors and will continue to use Vemar Fix for years to come!

He was very professional and was extremely reasonable. He did just what he said he was going to do in the time period set. He was very careful about our home and cleaned up each day. The tile looks great -- evenly laid and the alignment is perfect. He listened us and communicates well. He also works very hard and puts in a full day of work. It was a good experience and we're very happy with the job.

This is as good as any experience I've had in Cold Spring since we moved here 5 years ago. Victor returned calls quickly; showed up on time; was very reasonably priced; was versitile & articulate. He saved me extreme stress when I was trying to deal with the Sears people.

This was a the most prefessionally gutter cleaning I have ever had. Did a thorough job of cleaning both roof and gutters (showed me before and after photos!) and hauled all the debris away. Got a follow-up call after a rain to see if all was well (it was!) I am very, very pleased!
