While they were pleasant to work with, the refinish job didn't match the house and they didn't entirely remove the pet stains in the hardwood, which is why we hired them. There's still evidence of the stain and the color is uneven in the area still. They didn't attempt to sand deeper or ask us if it was okay that it was still visible before staining and finishing the entire room. Also, the stain and finish of the room were fairly off compared to the rest of the house (they just had to look in the closet for the original color-which they didn't). You can also feel the woodgrain whereas in the rest of the house, you can't.
