System was initially connected to my computer via Ethernet. It worked for 1-day and went down. It was then attached directly to a tv by HDMI cable (which is some 5 ' too short), it went down after a day and a half. There was a definite communication problem, and I have serious problems with the quality of the work.

Response by Vertical Security Group: We are sorry you feel the way you do. We do everything necessary to accommodate our customers. It appeared that your internet connectivity went out due to your cable company which we do not control. As regards the HDMI cable, our tech notified us that you insisted on having a HDMI cable about 15 Ft long. This required him to adjust the DVR position. He mentioned that everything was working before he left. We have details of our return calls to you. So the communication has been effective, even on a holiday. The only other issue you have was a power strip. Your products are covered with a Two Year Warranty, so no worries. Thank you very much!
