Project: Install Natural Stone Tile
Vic and Oleg completed a large tile project for us - bathroom remodel, kitchen backsplash, and flooring tile in the laundry area. Their prices were competitive, they were friendly and professional, and they did an amazing job on this project. The master bath is now a place of refuge, where we linger - showers now last longer than they used to! The backsplash and floor tile also look great. We immediately referred Vic's Pro to some friends looking for tile work, and they were equally thrilled with the outcome. For quality and value, I give my highest possible endorsement to Vic's Pro.

Vic and Oleg were very polite and didn't waste time getting the job done. Vic gave us ideas we hadn't thought of. Great to deal with. We love our kitchen!! The price was right.

Vic and Oleg are very professional & prompt. Their bid was good, and they were easy to communicate with, but the work performed was mediocre. And a large amount of garbage was left behind, mostly in several bags exceeding 50 lbs. which I needed to carry down 2 flights of stairs and dispose of myself.
Response by Vic's Pro: If homeowners choose to save money,at times they let us know that they themselves will take care of the garbage removal. In that case it is not part of the bid. This option is agreed upon before starting the job. We are very accommodating, and when the job is done we make sure that homeowners get exactly what they had planned for and that they are pleased with the finished project.

Vic's Pro Tile, we used Oleg and Victor. Things we liked about them were, it was a family owned and operated business; they weren't salesman selling work to someone else. They bid and actually did the work themselves. Their prices were reasonable, the quality of their work was exceptional. The only thing that was a little bit difficult to communicate on the phone because of accents and whatnot. Aside from that, in person they were a delight to be around, willing to answer questions and stuff like that. Overall, very pleased.
