I liked working with this contract and the man he sent for the job, Alex, was very good. I would use his sevice again. The only issue I had was keeping to the scheduled appointment. I don't have that much flexibility in my shcedule, and I got cals wanting to change the date. That was the only issue.

Victor was very quick to come by and estimate work. We needed ideas to take down a portion of a wall and build a custom shelf. He provided those and so far we are very happy. We were on a tight timeline and he was able to get contractors in working within days. So far, the work seems very high quality and we are very satisfied.

Victor Faustino did a good job of working within our budget. His crew did a variety of drywall and carpentry projects and the work began according to the anticipated schedule. Victor was very flexible which made unanticipated work changes doable. He went 'above and beyond the call of duty' to be helpful and his price was very reasonable.

What a rip-off. First of all, Victor never showed on our small project or did he get the details of the small repairs we needed to sell our home. He sent out J.R. who spent most of the time at Home Depot because he didn't release sink stoppers come in various sizes. And when he put them in he forgot to connect them. He came back a second time to connect 2 of them and charged us for a 2 hour minimum charge--over $200.00 and he was here for 10 minutes. J.R. was incompetent and I do not recommend hiring Victor Faustino or anyone in his company to do any projects, large or small.
Response by Victor Faustino: This was a very difficult client, our mechanic was told to not repair the one sink because the Real Estate agent was going to take care of it, we then got a call to come back and do the repair, so we did, when it came time to get paid we were told the wife had the check book he then said that he would send the check on Friday, when he knew we get paid after we are finished this was only a two hour call, he then got nasty and rude and finally went to the ATM and paid us. Very erratic behavior

I would recommend Victor. He was prompt, courteous, and got the work done in a very timely manner. His workers were polite, hardworking, and prompt also. The work they did was quite good.

Fantastic service. Very professional in identifying the requirements of the project. Provided very specific cost estimation/pricing, which was consistent with the final invoice. His team was ten minutes early on the day of project execution. Team was very professional and compitent. Very please with work performed, and the team left the work-site very clean.
