they accepted our business on Christmas Eve day despite a booked schedule, but it took 4 hours while we waited in a cold waiting room. we needed old tinting removed, they did that but not remove the door panels to get the glue off below the panels.

Response by Visions Window Tinting, LLC: Are you sure you are rating the correct business . We were away that week and it does not take me 4 hours to remove tint and am not that desperate. I do not remove door panels because of the likelihood of clips breaking. Removal is not rocket science but is not perfect just as applying film is not either . I am mistaken as the remover as I do not have a waiting room, except for a warmly heated finished basement in NH

Extremely professional and personally attentive--absolutely first-rate. Judy did more than "the usual" to find the window films that were just right for our home, going so far as to air express custom samples; her care made all the difference in our determination of which firm to hire. She worked with Scott on the installation--and everything about the process was precise, efficient, and hassle-free for us. The costs were very reasonable. We couldn't be happier with the results--privacy and beauty, all at once. I'd hire them again in a flash.
