Hamed (sp?) did a great job fixing a driver problem. Very professional and helpful. Very efficient. He even took the time to call the tech department at Bamboo for help installing it. Our previous computuer guy would have told us to call them ourselves. I feel $125 an hour is a bit pricey, but still worth it. We will be back as customers.

Hamed came to my house and tuned up the computer to increase the speed. He was polite and very professional. He advised me which computer I should consider purchasing. Overall he did a great job.
