Vivax Pro Painting is locally owned and operated. We have been in business since 2004. In 2004 we painted 30 homes in the Denver Metro area. This year in 2012 we will paint over 3,000 homes. Most of our new painting business comes from referrals. We're licensed, insured and we don't accept deposits!

Samantha was amazing for shceduing and color selection. Once the job was done we had to have them come back 4 times before it was done right. They did a HORRIBLE job! Complained about it taking too much paint (not my problem). We had to do final touchups ourselves so we could sell the house. I will NEVER use this company again.

Vivax is a full service company that helped with HOA issues, scheduling, and completed project within an acceptable timeframe. They did quality woodwork replacement as well. Workers were polite and respectful during the painting process. They were always responsive and available for questions and to address setbacks (our HOA was a challenge).

Vivax provided excellent communication and continual follow up on our project. We had a great crew and excellent project management throughout our project. Our house looks fantastic and we would give Vivax an excellent review and recommendation.

They did a good job on the masking, painting, and trim. They forgot some equipment, I had to call them, they came back right away to take care of things. I would recommend them and use them again.

Vivax was great at first - their sales/customer service sold us. But their performance was very poor. Poor communication - we had to give instructions to numerous painters (often non-English speakers) numerous times. Poor performance - the painters rushed through the job the first time through, missing numerous critical elements (such as not priming and/or painting important areas) and had to come back over several subsequent days to fix problems. Poor quality control - we, not the Vivax project manager, had to oversee workers and find problems. Poor customer service during job - we felt ignored by the project manager and sensed bad attitude.
