The Vulcan crew came in and did the complete job within 4 hours. They were professional and courteous. They also were very repsonsive in following up with a post-installtion service call to extend a drain pipe from the sump pump.

Joe was great, he did what he was suppose to do in the time that he said and we are very happy with his work. We live one hour away and he was perfect, he also does clean up of water in basement so hopefully there will be no flood ever in our basement but if there is we will be sure to use him again.

The men that came were very professional and knowledgable about the work. They were speedy, clean and polite. The company even offered to do the job before the actual date became they had an opening, but we were not able to take the offer because of our time constraints.

The team arrived on time and worked efficiently. Work was completed within one day and have had no problems with water in the basement since. I highly recommend considering Vulcan if you are going to install a drain in basement.

I had an OK experience but also a very dissappointing one. I hired this company to address a problem I had with water entering my basement. I wanted to waterproof my home. They suggested a frrench drain and installed it pretty well. However, the first rain after it was installed, water was still coming into the basement. I had them come back out and look at it. This time they told me that water was coming in from above the level of the basement (coming in at the bottom of the ground floor and seeping down to basement). They said that this was not part of what they fixed and that they only fix water coming directly into basement.

Vulcan does not have a plumbing permit in Westchester. You require a plumbing permit to put in a sump pump.
