WM Landscaping was GREAT! They came out 30 minutes after I spoke to them and gave me a very reasonable quote. They showed up on time the next morning and had all of my repair work completed in under an hour.

One of 4 Automated irrigation lines in my back yard could not be turned off completely. First I hired Los Oportos "Eddie" who re-plumbed all 4 irrigation lines. That stopped the leaks but the line that could not be completely turned off, now could not be turned on. Then I hired WM Landscaping, who diagnosed that the solenoids needed to be replaced (they come with the valve). So I authorized them to by 4 new valves with new solenoids. Head of WM Landscaping ("Wilson") sent a worker to replace the valves, which he did. Now all 4 lines could be properly turned on and off. HOWEVER, THE VALVES WERE LEAKING PROFUSELY INSIDE THE BOXES. He buried the pipes and valves under a pile of dirt which turned into mud. It took me hours to unearth this travesty and tighten the screws. Now only one line is still leaking inside the box. So far I spent $3,050 ($2,500 for "Eddie" and $550 for "Wilson"). P.S. I hired these people because no one else returned my calls.
Response by WM Landscaping: Hi Joram sorry that you had a bad experience, we did come out the same day you called to tell us that the valve was leaking, as we explained it was a faulty valve, that was leaking and we then bought and replaced it. I apologize that we got a faulty valve but that wasn't something foreseeable on our part. I hope that all is well with your system now that we replaced it.

Cost was about what I thought. I had not used my system in so long. All heads and the function box needed to be replaced. When I had my side fence/gate replaced last fall the waterline be from the front to the back had to be replaced. On time, if not early, the entire crew (4-5). Worked on Saturday. Considerate of my husbands work hours( graveyard, sleeps in the day). Dog friendly. Followed up with us a week later to ask if the the system was worked no to our satisfaction and if we needed anything to be give him a call.
